At the Queen’s Birthday Party on 8 June 2011, the British Embassy will be celebrating Slovenia’s remarkable 20 years of Independence, together with   our friends in the British House (British Council, British Chamber of Commerce, British School, MEPI) and many Slovene friends we have made during those years. To mark the occasion we have invited all former British  Ambassadors to Slovenia and their Slovene counterparts, who were posted to the UK in the last 20 years.
