Our sports achievements are the only bright spot.
I still live with Slovenian sports fans and I cheer for the Slovenia I love.
I cheer for combative, unselfish, funny and confident teams who represent us in the world.
Then the cheering fans are a group of Slovenes who are envied and admired by foreigners wherever we appear.
Who knows what happens once the game is over and we all come home.
Will Slovenia ever again go forward?
Yes.
When we’ll act as citizens in our daily lives as we do today as cheering fans.
